Had MOT conducted by Zoe who was excellent, and blood taken without pain or fuss which is sadly often not the case at Henfield. So my rating is all about Zoe really.

Fiona If she were running the clinic, it would be in the patients' best interest Fiona She knows how to deal with patients well and is always cheerful and laughing Seriously, if she were the general director of the hospital .... if this happens our NHS will be the better on the world
